About Kiran

With 25 years of application leadership and deep insurance expertise, Kiran Dandu founded Qwik PI to rethink healthcare payment integrity from the ground up. As founder of KrisP Technologies, he built solutions across industry verticals and spent the last five years focused on financial applications for healthcare payers. He started Qwik PI in April 2025 after recognizing that legacy tools were often expensive, lacked transparency, limited business self-service, and were not designed for the AI era. He set out to build a modern, AI-native platform that gives health plans stronger control, clearer insight, and greater operational independence.

Kiran Dandu

A technology visionary and entrepreneurial founder, Kiran Dandu launched Qwik PI to redefine healthcare payment integrity with an AI-native platform built for modern payer control and innovation.

About Ravi

Ravi serves as Vice President of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships at Qwik PI, where he helps drive growth through relationships, market expansion, and strategic partnerships across the healthcare technology landscape. Since joining in 2025, he has played an important role in strengthening Qwik PI’s market presence and building connections aligned with the operational and financial priorities of health plans. Before Qwik PI, Ravi spent more than 17 years at Stiaos Technologies Inc. advising organizations on partnerships and transformation. Earlier, he held project management roles at General Motors and Danlaw Inc., leading cross-functional teams and complex delivery initiatives.

About Shijit

Shijit Menon serves as Chief AI Architect at Qwik PI, where he leads the company’s AI innovation strategy and architecture with a hands-on, deeply technical approach. With more than 25 years of experience in complex software engineering, he brings deep expertise in high-performance systems, Python, C/C++, and technical leadership. Before joining Qwik PI, he held engineering roles at Atrenta and Mentor Graphics, followed by 13 years at Synopsys, where he led teams and architected sophisticated simulation and emulation platforms. At Qwik PI, he applies that foundation to AI research, small language model development, and intelligent automation.

As Chief AI Architect, Shijit Menon is a hands-on technical visionary leading Qwik PI’s AI innovation agenda with 25+ years of engineering leadership and deep architectural expertise.

Kevin LeQuire is VP, Systems Engineering at Qwik PI and the engineering leader behind the company’s integration and automation backbone. With more than 35 years of experience, he is known for his ability to integrate virtually any system, automate complex operational processes, and bring order to highly diverse technical environments. His strength lies in making disconnected applications, workflows, and infrastructure function as one dependable ecosystem. At Qwik PI, he leads the engineering discipline that turns complexity into execution, ensuring systems, deployments, and secure operational processes run smoothly, efficiently, and at enterprise scale.

Pratima Sayyaparaju serves as VP, Applied AI at Qwik PI, bringing about 25 years of experience in software engineering and platform development. Over her career, she has built deep technical expertise across enterprise environments, with roles at Kenexa Technologies, Interact Soft, Wells Fargo, and Microsoft before joining Qwik PI. At Microsoft, she worked with early AI and RAG models well before they became mainstream. At Qwik PI, she brings the mindset of a deep technical architect and senior developer, helping build scalable platforms with strong engineering discipline, architectural depth, and forward-looking innovation.

Michael Lamb serves as Enterprise Payment Integrity Strategist at Qwik PI, where he brings deep expertise in payment integrity operations, claims editing strategy, and enterprise system implementation. He has led 100+ implementations of ClaimsXten and Avalon editing rules, helping drive stronger payment accuracy, operational efficiency, and measurable savings. Having worked with ClaimsXten since its earlier evolution as ClaimCheck, he brings a rare depth of understanding of how rule-based tools have developed over time and how to apply them effectively in modern payment integrity environments. At Qwik PI, he brings that expertise to help shape a stronger product grounded in real-world payment integrity experience.

Raju Chinthalapati serves as an Advisor to Qwik PI, bringing a distinctive combination of academic leadership and expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, finance, and policy. Educated at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and the London School of Economics, he has built an interdisciplinary career spanning engineering, computer science, quantitative finance, and higher education. He has held academic roles at leading institutions in the UK, Denmark, Italy and India and has worked across teaching, research, and advisory activities at the intersection of finance and emerging technologies.
